Turnaround Time (TAT) & Delivery We strive to deliver your premium linens to you as swiftly as possible. Once your order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days to process and dispatch from our warehouse.

• Metros: 1–4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Important Notes:

• Delivery times may vary depending on your specific pin code and external factors like public holidays or extreme weather conditions.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/Whatsapp to monitor its progress.
• You can also track your order status directly on our website under the "Your orders" section of your account page.
• For exchange orders, the replacement item is shipped only after the original item has been successfully collected by our courier partner.
