We want you to love your bedding. If you aren't completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
  • The bedsheets/products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are typically processed as Store Credit / Reward Points to your customer account, which never expires and can be used for any future purchases.
  • If you require a refund to your original payment source, please reach out to our support team.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to a provided bank account or as Store Credit.

How to Raise a Request: Navigate to the "Returns" portal on our website, or email us directly at Contact@LinenNLoom.com. Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item within 2-4 business days.
